A bit of a rework of the Humptoberfest. Added more Melanoidin malt for a chewier maltiness.
Could not get this one to finish, despite the starter I made. My suspicion is that:
The resulting beer is clean, but is on the sweet side. I'm considering making a 5 gallon batch with a very clean and very attenuative lager yeast to blend with the 10 gallon batch I have of this.
Tried to innoculate again after the FG stalled, but nothing happened.
Next time, I'll make a HUGE starter.

Converted 15.5 gallon/59 liter keg boil kettle for full boil with a 10 gallon/38 liter cooler as a mash/lauter tun.
Draw a part of the mash, let it rest for at least 10 minutes, and boil.
