This is a recipe from the Homebrewer's Garden Book. Gotlandsdrika is a Anchient Scandinavian brew made with Juniper and Smoked Malts.
6/ 8" Juniper Branches, boiled for one hour in 8 gallons of water. Use this water for Mash and Sparge.
Jason Krugel smoked 3lbs of Maris Otter for this recipe. I had to add 7 lbs to the original recipe to meet target gravities.
