Adaptation of Red Menace using what I had on hand - subbed Biscuit for Victory and reduced the wheat malt. Subbed Cascade for Amarillo.
Hit mash temp of 153°F. Efficiency was above normal, so brew came in at four points above target gravity. To compensate, instead of adding the last two hop additions at 10 minutes, I added them at 25 mintues.
