American IPA – All Grain GONE

Statistics

Comments

Nugget and Chinook were wet and actually weighed 8.825 oz, but based on a normal reduction to 25% original wet weight, I estimated 2.2 oz total. Collected 17.75 gallons and added 2 hour reduction boil to the normal 90 minute scheduled boil (210 min). Runnings were still around 1.020.
