the 16% alpha hops were Pacific Gem, whole hops, the 13% alpha were pacific jade (beer at home) Pellets. We will see what the difference is between these hop varieties with this beer. Little dragon was all pacific jade pellets. can’t remember what yeast we used, this was my guess, unless we use cal v again, or maybe london ale, but I do suspect we used dry english for its high gravity characteristics.
