Pulled another recipe off the net...

A Blegian Wit that I have made substitutions and additions to the original recipe.

Using Pilsner Malt and Maris Otter, about 10lbs total.




Have yet to brew it...planning for beg-mid February '08


5.16.08 Took 2nd place at the Brewhut Competition! Yellow Beer catagory

Also entered it into the Liquid Poets Annual Competition to be judged today 5.18.08........


This turned out really well, even though it doesn't contain any Wheat at all...

Go figure...I love judges
