A Blegian Wit that I have made substitutions and additions to the original recipe.

Using Pilsner Malt and Maris Otter, about 10lbs total.

Also entered it into the Liquid Poets Annual Competition to be judged today 5.18.08........

This turned out really well, even though it doesn't contain any Wheat at all...

Go figure...I love judges
